The 8Levers Assessment
Ten minutes. In your own words.
You have been invited to an 8Levers assessment ahead of a working session with your team. It is a short conversation with our AI interviewer about how learning actually works in your organisation, and where it is pulling weight or slipping. There is no account to create — just your name and email, so the interviewer knows who it is talking to.
No invitation to paste?
Reply to the email it arrived in and we will send a fresh one, or write to support@octovectis.com. If you have pasted your link and it still will not open, the two ways round that are just below.

Would you rather type?
Every assessment offers a written version covering the same eight levers. Open your invitation link and choose the written form under Start. You can leave it and come back, and if you have already talked to the interviewer, what you said comes across with you.
If your link will not open
Some company networks hold links they have not seen before, which is usually what has happened. Two things work: open the link on a phone that is not on the office Wi-Fi, or send the page we wrote for IT teams to whoever looks after your network — it lists exactly what to allow.
What it asks about
Eight levers, in plain language
The conversation works through eight levers and asks for real examples rather than ratings. You will not be quizzed, and there is no score at the end. Nothing here needs preparing.
01. A New Target Operating Model
How work reaches your team, and whether it is triaged by impact or by who asked first.
02. Data-Driven Learning Design
What you can actually see about how people learn, and whether it changes any decisions.
03. Modern Learning Ecosystem
Whether content, platforms and knowledge join up, or a learner needs three doors for one answer.
04. Skills-Based Organization
Whether skills are something you can forecast and count, or mostly something you assume.
05. Stakeholder Management
Who sponsors the work, how durable that is, and how the function is defended when budgets tighten.
06. Cross-functional Collaboration
The teams outside yours whose timing decides whether what you build arrives when you promised.
07. EdTech Selection & Partnership
Whether tools were chosen to fit how you work, or the way you work now fits the tools.
08. Strategic Business Alignment
Whether the work is tied to outcomes your leadership already tracks, or measured on its own terms.

How it goes
Three moments, about ten minutes
Your link opens straight into the conversation
Tap it on a phone or a laptop, put in your name and email, and the interviewer appears. Allow the camera and microphone once when your browser asks, and you are in. No account, and no sound-check screen.
It asks, listens, and follows up
Speak plainly and use real examples — practical beats theoretical, which is the whole premise of the session. On a weak connection it offers voice only, and if the call drops it picks up where you left off.
What you said shapes the session
Your conversation is read alongside the others from your organisation, and the agenda is built around the themes that genuinely came up rather than a standard running order.
Your conversation
What happens to what you say
Your conversation is transcribed and read alongside the others from your organisation, so the session is built around the themes that actually came up. Quotes may be used in the session and in the write-up with your name removed. You can stop at any point, and you can ask for your conversation to be deleted by writing to support@octovectis.com.
